These are places that we have dined and had excellent food. The list will get larger as we find more good places.
Salty Sue's ( located on 17501 Panama City Beach Parkway, Cob Rd & 98) Formerly the Old Dan's Barbecue which burned down and is totally rebuilt with a GREAT Atmosphere. Many different items on the menu and my favorite, the largest smoked Buffalo wings I've ever had...all in all a great dining experience. May I add....the best entertainment on the beach too! Wednesdays and Saturdays 6-10pm
The Bonefish Grill (Located on Middle Beach Rd) Jackie and I went in for a meal and were amazed at the portions we got. We had 2 different shrimp appetizers and may I say they were scrumptious! Then we shared an order of Chicken and pasta and ended up taking it home in a doggie bag...way too much for us to finish and may I say, they tasted great the following day too.
Carrabba's Italian Grill ( located at 13820 Panama City Beach Parkway in Panama City Beach) We dined in there the other day and the service and the food were awesome. There was actually too much food for me to eat (that's AMAZING!! as I have quite an appetite....I know, I know, it shows...LOL) and everything was real tasty. This place also had a real cozy dining atmosphere.
Bishop's Buffet ( located on 12628 Front Beach Rd, right across from Hooters) Now this place had some good food and all you can eat crab legs, that really enticed us. The price was reasonable and you got a good bang for your buck.
Mikato Japanese Seafood Steak House ( located on 7724 Front Beach Rd just east of the Emerald Coast Bingo Hall) Lots of ambience in this room as you are seated around a bar type area and the chef comes out and does some juggling and sometimes magic, and then cooks your meal right in front of you. A great place to eat, that's for sure.The Sushi Bar is also awesome.....FRESH sushi!
Angelo's Steak Pit (located on 9527 Front Beach Rd...it has a HUGE bull out front so you can't miss it.) Excellent service and definitely the best Steaks on the beach. We highly recommend this one.
The Boars Head ( located on 17290 Front Beach Rd just east of the Sandpiper Beacon) Also an excellent place for steaks and HUGE dessert platters, we really enjoyed this place.
Chinatown Chinese Restaurant (Located on 7901 Front Beach rd across Front Beach from Mikato's) All you can eat Chinese food for a reasonable price...we have been there countless times now, whenever we feel for some Chinese Food and have always walked away stuffed!
In Panama City
If you want all you can eat crablegs at a price that is extremely reasonable you may consider:
Chowtime (directions- cross the new Hathaway Bridge to Panama City, take a left on 23rd street at the railway crossing, follow that almost all the way to the end. You will pass Home Depot and just before you get to Hwy 77 (Martin Luther King Blvd) you can take a left into the parking lot of Chowtime.
I suggest that because the price is for all you can eat (after 4pm) chinese (no MSG), western and american food for $9.95 a person. Almost 1/3 of the price on the beach.
We only go there maybe 3 times a year because our eyes are bigger than our stomachs and we always over-fill...LOL
Golden Corral- (located in Panama City on 23rd st just on the left before Home Depot) Always another favorite for the great price and great quality food.
